Our tradition is growing
Cherry Point Farm is one of the oldest operating farms in Oceana County, Michigan; just a mile from the Lake Michigan shoreline and minutes from the Silver Lake sand dunes. This area, known as Little Point Sable, is where the sun, sand and lake come together to create a bountiful farming area, as well as one of nature's greatest playgrounds. Every summer, people come from all over the world to swim, sail, fish, and explore the beautiful white sand beaches and giant dunes ... and of course to visit Cherry Point!
The Bull family began operating the farm in 1949 and soon after opened a fruit market. A stop at Cherry Point has been a tradition for families ever since, and that tradition now includes many more experiences and activities. Whether you join us for a fish boil, a walk in the labyrinth and herb garden, a quick stop to pick up your fresh produce for dinner and a cherry strudel or turnovers for breakfast, or just to listen to the chorus of spring peepers at dusk, we hope your visit provides moments of enrichment. We welcome you.
We do not offer U-pick cherries in order to protect our trees.

We are very proud of the new Michigan Historical Marker recently erected and dedicated in our parking lot. It commemorates the history of Blackberry Ridge , an early settlement founded in 1857. If you've read any of Barbara E. Bull's books (Barbara owns Cherry Point), you are probably familiar with it.
